Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
1. Assistant Director
- Max Age: 37 years
- Education: Bachelor’s (16 years) in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s (18 years) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in managing large-scale public or multinational projects. PMP certification is a plus.
- Skills: Project planning, MIS/dashboard handling, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.
2. Deputy Assistant Director
- Max Age: 30 years
- Education: Bachelor’s (16 years) in a relevant field (HEC recognized).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant project management experience. PMP is a plus.
- Skills: Risk tracking, MIS reporting, milestone oversight, customer data evaluation, and project coordination.
