Ward 10A is a 28-bed surgical ward that handles a wide range of specialties, including General Surgery, Gynaecology Oncology, Urology, Trauma, and Ophthalmology. The ward functions as a dynamic teaching and development space with close ties to junior staff, senior clinical leads, and nurse educators.
The Clinical Development Nurse (CDN) plays a crucial part in maintaining and advancing nursing standards. You’ll provide hands-on support, guidance, and coaching to less experienced staff while ensuring quality clinical care remains the top priority.
