The Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF)

The Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) is a non-profit public sector company dedicated to supporting innovative projects in population planning, aiming to enhance access to and demand for family planning services. Sustainable population growth is essential for equitable economic development and social progress. PPIF is currently inviting applications for the following position under a foreign-funded project:

Position: Assistant Manager Grant

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 16 years of education in Social Sciences or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized national or international institution.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Age Limit:

• Applicants should not be older than 45 years as of the application deadline.

Project Duration:

• The position is project-based, with a duration of 25 months or until the project’s completion, contingent upon performance.

Location:

• Lahore and relevant districts.

Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Strong understanding of grant funding processes and regulations in the public/social sector.
2. Proficiency in preparing grant proposals and reports.
3. Project management skills to oversee grant-funded initiatives.
4. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges during the grant lifecycle.
5. Commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct in grant management.
6. Ability to maintain effective relationships with departments, staff, and donors.

3. Deadline:
   • Applications must reach the above address no later than December 23, 2024 (Monday), by 5:00 PM.
   • Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be entertained.

• PPIF reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, cancel any position, or withhold the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
• Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. In case of a large number of applicants, PPIF may conduct an assessment test before or after interviews.
