1. Social Safeguard Specialist

• Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 16 years of education in social sciences or related fields such as development studies, sociology, gender studies, or political science from a recognized university.
  • At least 10 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 7 years in community engagement, mobilization, and resettlement under international donor-assisted projects.
• Responsibilities:
  • Engage with communities to facilitate mobilization and manage resettlement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with social safeguards and assist in preparing resettlement plans for the project’s infrastructure components.

2. Technical Experts (Solar Energy)

• Qualifications:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
  • Experience working with solar energy systems is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in understanding, installing, maintaining, and repairing solar systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities related to solar energy systems.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    • National Income and Sales Tax Numbers.
